Hershey Foods

TSA, Inc. developed the Item Data Synchronization (IDS) web application for Hershey Foods.  This application enables business users to enter new items and update existing item attributes that can then be electronically transmitted to both Hershey Foods' customers and e-marketplace exchanges.  The application also allows for maintenance on customer profiles and activities, and provides a workflow capabilities for the supported business transactions.  The IDS application reduced the time taken to manually update these changes, allowing customers to have the most recent product information when placing orders.  TSA was responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation activities of the IDS application.
