School District of Philadelphia
TSA, Inc. was responsible for the analysis business process reengineering conceptual design and software requirements for the School District of Philadelphia's Employee Hiring Reengineering Project. As part of the project, TSA reviewed the current business processes involved with the hiring process and developed recommedations to better streamline the process through the revision on manual processes as well as the implementation of supporting automated technology. Based upon this analysis, TSA created a conceptual design for a custom-developed Employee Hiring application to support the overall hiring process. Application functionality and system software requirements were also developed as part of the project.
