Needs Assessment

An organizational needs assessment provides an evaluation of a company’s systems requirements in the context of its plans and daily operations. We can assess:

• Whether organizational goals and priorities are aligned with system capabilities

• Current system use and unmet needs

• Whether current systems will support anticipated growth

• Technical constraints and requirements

• Technology staff workload, capabilities, and priorities

• Operational processes and procedures.

The needs assessment documents the organization’s objectives and the strengths and weaknesses of current systems and processes, and recommends technological, operational, and organizational improvements.
